Responsible for attending to all incoming calls consisting of booking or pick-up calls, inquiry calls, tracing, courier calls, complaints, and the release of quality service reports. Conducts first-level tracing for confirmation of shipment delivery details. Ensures that standard relay responses and dispatch time are met to maintain the company’s quality standard service.
Qualification:
College graduate of any four-year course. Preferably with at least 1 year of related work experience. Good in oral and written communication. Computer literate.
