Process
- Qualified customers will fill up their full name, addresses, contact number, waybill number and email address and sign up to our electronic raffle registration on this adder – https://www.wwwexpress.com.ph/news-events/christmas-gadgets -raffle/promo-registration/
- The raffle draw will be held at Pascor Drive, Sto. Niño, Parañaque, W Express Building. A DTI representative will be invited to witness the drawing. The winners will be notified via registered mail and email. Announcement of winners will be though the wwwexpress.com.ph website and Facebook account.
- Winners from Metro Manila can claim the prizes at W Express’s main office at Pascor Drive, Sto. Nino, Paranaque City.
- Winners from the provincial areas can claim the prizes at the nearest W Express branch based on the winner’s address indicated on the winning house waybill number.
- To claim the prize, the winners must present the registered mail or email, W Express house waybill, and a valid ID (driver’s license, work ID, passport, school ID, etc.).
- Winners have sixty (60) days from receipt of registered notice to claim the prize. Otherwise, this will be forfeited upon prior approval by DTI.
- Customers can only win once per raffle draw. If a name is drawn more than once in the same draw, he will get the prize with a higher value..
- Employees of W Express Philippines, W Express, reseller partners, their advertising agency, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity is disqualified from joining the promotion.
- Service products included in the promo are CASH Walk-in and Pick-up, Authentication Services, Korean Visa Application deliveries, DOMESTIC, SEA FREIGHT, INTERNATIONAL shipments.
- Excluded from the promo are the W Express existing corporate account customers.
- Prizes are transferable to cash.
- Taxes for prizes above Php10,000 will be shouldered by W Express.
